Bay Beats at the Bandshell | Presented by SF Public Library | May 2

Be part of the In Sect! Spread your wings and fly away on tunes as Bay Beats takes over the Golden Gate Park Bandshell on May 2nd. Highlighting the 2026 submissions round which runs until May 31st, this concert is the second year in a row for a Bay Beats showcase at the ‘Shell on the first Saturday in May. It’s a seasonal thang!

3:00 – Naked Roommate – Absurdist dance music
4:00 – Mayya – Psychedelic Rock

Come for games, tabling by partners, and food trucks. But mostly come to dance and bask in Bay Beats, SFPL’s free. local music streaming service. This show is presented by SFPL in partnership with Illuminate, Amoeba, White Crate, BFF.fm, and SF Rec & Park.
