This summer, the eyes of the world are on our city.
From Pride and the Summer Solstice to major global moments like the World Cup, SF is stepping onto the world stage. We believe the world shouldn’t just see our city – it should see us shine.
Every laser beam, every note of live music, and every piece of public art this summer is entirely free to the public—but it isn’t free to create. Help us keep SF shining!
- Awe in the Sky – Spectacular and awe-inspiring laser exhibits this summer: The ambitious and bold “7X7” at Civic Center and the inspring “WELCOME” laser installation, projecting the world’s largest Pride flag the length of Market Street
- Awe on the Promenade – The Golden Mile in Golden Gate Park is ALIVE with public play pianos, inspiring and interactive large-scale art installations, and live music every weekend at the Whale’s Tail
- Awe at the Bandshell – Free, free live concerts throughout the week until October. Over 125 shows in total
- Awe at Fulton Plaza – Twice-weekly, lunchtime concerts and the nighttime spectacle of the SPECTRA light exhibit above the Plaza
- Awe on the Bridge – And of course, our own crown jewel, The Bay Lights is up and wowing every night
