Illuminate has once again teamed up with Karl the Fog to bring San Francisco the spectacular return of WELCOME for Pride weekend in 2024, a 3-night extraordinary experience spanning 4.1 miles and forming the world’s largest Pride flag down Market Street.

Illuminate will debut the laser series on June 28 with the return of the Pride Flag, which has mesmerized viewers for the past two summers using six laser cannons. This year, in celebration of the 20th anniversary of same-sex marriage in San Francisco, Illuminate and partner NuSalt Laser International will deploy 20 Laser Space Cannons.

Illuminate will debut WELCOME on Friday June 28 with a Grand Lighting Ceremony at Harry Bridges Plaza.

9:20:
🌈San Francisco Dykes on Bikes arrive with the legendary Rainbow Torch to ignite WELCOME!
🌈Dance Party with Shake it! Booty Band

This free, public event is hosted in collaboration with Great Northern / Monarch and SF Live and takes place at Harry Bridges Plaza in front of the Ferry Building. Come as you are and celebrate #Pride with us!
